Improve you performance
with a mechanical drive POW-R-PAK Power Unit. Three cam shapes and
models to choose from make the POW-R-PAK versatile units for toe
clipping and a wide variety of beak trimming.
POWER-PAK is an
electro-mechanical unit that mounts under the BEAK
TRIMMER . Three cam shapes are used to
determine the cutting and cauterizing times. A special plastic roller
mounted on a pivoted pull arm, follows the cam shape. The pull arm then
operated the the BEAK
TRIMMER
through the mechanical drive system
is a smooth positive manner.
The operator can devote
full attention to performing the beak trimming or toe clipping operation
and doing a quality job.
Using a POW-R-PAK can
lower operating costs. Operators can beak trim up to 50% more
birds in the same time over manually operated BEAK TRIMMER
PRECISION BEAK
TRIMMING-PAK FOR LEYERS
This system is designed
especially for the 6-10 day old Precision Block Beak Trimming of layer
chicks. It provides the important 2+ seconds of cauterization time. When
done properly, this method of beak trimming will usually suffice for the
life of the bird, and eliminate the need to re-trim later. To assure
proper quality and the timed cauterization necessary for this method, a
control MUST BE USED.

This uses a cam designed
